The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of an investigational, oral drug for celiac disease to see if it can reduce the symptoms of celiac disease (such as abdominal pain, bloating, cramping, and gas) as compared to a placebo.

Duration: Approximately 30 weeks

Number of visits to AMR Lexington: 8

Reimbursement: Up to $1,024 for time and travel.

NOTE:  Qualified participants must be at least 18 years of age, have been formally diagnosed by a physician as having celiac disease for at least the past 6 months, and have persistent Celiac symptoms despite following a gluten-free diet for at least 6 consecutive months.  Other criteria also apply
